Sally Herman is Managing Director of Talent Spotlight. Having been involved both in college recruitment and an advisor to high school students who wanted to be involved in music at the collegiate level, she not only understands the tremendous opportunity this service can offer at both levels, but foresees it becoming a very valuable tool, one that she admittedly would loved to have had at her disposal during her teaching career.
